Justin has been a great teacher during my Total Gym class. Sometimes, he’ll have me get off the machine and try a more challenging variation on an exercise using bands, kettle bells, poles, balls, etc. He tells you why you’re doing a certain exercise–what muscles it’s targeting and what they’re supporting. And he’s always sharing tips on eating/nutrition, sleep habits, stetching, etc. For example–he’ll suggest brushing your teeth with your opposite hand and tell you the science behind it! Best of all, it’s only a half-hour workout and you really feel all the work you’ve done.
