For those of us who know we need to get more exercise but just can’t seem to stick to a routine, a group class can be just the thing for motivation. Your class keeps you accountable for showing up. You might push yourself a little harder in a group. And you look forward to the camaraderie while knowing you’re improving your fitness.
Physical therapist Mike Reuland, DPT, CSCS leads our intrepid group through a strength building workout addressing legs, core muscles, and upper body. No fads, no gimmicks, no shouting. It’s a relaxed setting and we have a lot of laughs–but you will feel the work you’ve done! We’re all about variety: some days, we’ll use whatever tools we have on hand–resistance bands, kettle bells, Total Gym Gravity machines, wall ropes–other days, just a floor mat and an iron will. We may even head outside if the weather is nice. The aim is building strength smart and efficiently. As a physical therapist, Mike is familiar with a wide range of conditions and abilities. He can help with any concerns and goals you might have, and show you what you can do at home on our off days to keep up.
