Guided Meditation Thursday, April 10

For those who have missed Bharat Kalra’s regular class, great news! We will be offering a meditation class on the second Thursday of every month! Each month, Bharat will focus on a different application for meditation. This month, he will focus on using meditation for pain management. Those recovering from injury or those who experience chronic pain can especially gain from this class, but anyone can experience the benefits of meditation.
