On the second Thursday evening of each month, our Guided Meditation class meets to focus on a specific application for meditation. We’ve covered topics such as pain management, panic attacks, and insomnia, and dealing with loss. However, the techniques taught in this class are applicable even if one is not currently experiencing the condition we are discussing. All are welcome to participate and experience the benefits of a guided meditation practice.
