Whether you are looking to just start moving safely, or to find the next cross-training edge, or just to lower stress/blood pressure and relax–we have classes for all ages and abilities in an informal, supportive, non-traditional–and FUN–setting. As physical therapists, your ability to exercise using proper form, injury-free, is very important to us. Please let your instructor know about your concerns and goals. Our instructors are certified professionals who are passionate about what they do, and they can adapt to make things easier or more challenging–just let them know!
We are also excited to announce a change to our rates structure after Free Class Week! Our “virtual punch card” system allows you plenty of time to make up a missed class and more freedom to try a different one. (Walk-ins will still be welcome, too!)
