Try yoga using our unique rope wall! Learning the ropes will help stabilize your balance and allow you to stretch deeply and relax into certain poses. It’s also fun! You’ll be guided every step of the way, and any pose can be modified to meet your needs. You’ll feel great after our monthly yoga ropes class!
Walk-ins welcome (only $15) | Regular students may use their virtual punch cards.
