Wednesday, October 3, 2018 - Wednesday, December 18, 2019
Stretch and lengthen while building flexibility, balance, and strength. This class will incorporate traditional yoga poses, with awareness of the breath, to revitalize and refresh your body, mind, and spirit. All ability levels are welcome; poses can be modified for ease and advancement.
Note: No class on June 12, July 3, or July 10, 2019
