Total Gym Gravity is an incredibly versatile system that uses your body’s weight to varying degrees as resistance, providing you with a 30-minute, full body workout tailored to your specific fitness level. Your instructor provides individualized attention and the small group setting provides encouragement and camaraderie. These systems are also fun to use—ask our staff to try one out!
