We’re so excited to offer another great resource for expecting moms here at CT! Prenatal Yoga is appropriate for any stage of pregnancy. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Prenatal yoga will help you build strength and balance, increase flexibility, relieve stress, and prepare you physically and mentally for labor and childbirth. Prenatal yoga can relieve some pregnancy related symptoms while fostering serenity and a unifying sense of well-being. We have all the mats and props, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
