Join us for a fun and informative introduction to the many benefits of Pilates with certified Pilates instructor, Barbara Baie! Exercises focus on core strength, building strength, endurance, stability and control. Beginners welcome–exercises will be demonstrated at both beginning and advanced levels for those looking for more of a challenge. Pilates is appropriate for all ages and ability levels.
