Pelvicore is an exercise class that brings awareness, strength, and stability to your core muscles and enhances your overall fitness level. This 45 minute class makes use of a wonderful tool called a Pelvicore Ball (provided in class) specifically designed to tone your core muscles. Pelvicore is an aerobic workout that will get you to sweat while strengthening your abdominals, pelvic floor, inner and outer thighs, waist, and buttocks in a laid-back, supportive atmosphere
