Wow! We had a great turnout of brave souls for the lower body-focused portion of our Body Rolling Workshop last month. We hope to continue the
pain fun next month as we turn our attention to the upper body–back, shoulders, neck, and arms.
Using an array of rolling items–foam rolls, balls, hand rollers, participants learn how to follow lines of tissue to roll out stiff, tight, or sore areas of the body. Body rolling can be an incredibly effective form of self-care, targeting trigger points and tight fascia to release tension, increase circulation, and aid in recovery and mobility.
