Good News! Amy Prais, RYT, will resume her Monday evening Yoga–All Levels class beginning Monday, Feb. 3, 5:15-6:15 PM, keeping class at an hour and working back up to 75 minutes when she feels up to it.
Yoga Nidra will also take place as scheduled Wednesday, Feb. 5, 5:45-6:45 PM, with our classroom opening at 5:30 PM to give students time to set up, stretch out, rest and get ready for the meditation.
Many of you know yoga instructor Amy Prais injured herself right after the holidays this year. Healing will take some time. However, she’s looking forward to returning to teaching. So while it may take some time for her to resume her weekly Wednesday evening yoga class, we’re really happy she’s feeling up to take Mondays and Yoga Nidra back on! Luckily, she has a great physical therapist as well as a supportive family to help her get better!
