Body after Baby© Works!

After doing Week One of the video, I definitely feel improvement. I feel stronger in my core. I can sit up straighter. My lower back feels more stable and I overall feel stronger. My diastasis recti has gone down a little more since starting the video. It is so nice to feel like I am getting some of my athletic ability back!
