As we ramp up our fall routines, it’s easy to forget to just take some time to breathe. It’s time, once again, for our seasonal restorative yoga workshop!
You do no work: simply sit and lie supported by cushions and blankets in our peaceful classroom. Various positions gently release tension from tight muscles, allowing joints to open, and clean energy to flow through. Slow down, align the body and the mind, center the breath. Take some time for yourself and just relax and be.
